Who we serve
Our services and website are intended for startups and SME businesses. The website is not designed for, and does not intentionally target, minors.
Personal data we collect
A) Data you provide (contact and enquiries):
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message content and any information you choose to share
- Optional: company name, role, website URL (if you provide it)
- B) Website usage and technical data (only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies):
- Pages visited and interactions (clicks, navigation) – anonymized
- Approximate location (city or region), device and browser information – anonymized
- Online identifiers (cookie IDs)
Why we process data (purposes, legal bases, retention)

Service providers (processors)
We use trusted providers to run the website and communications, including:
- EuroDNS (website hosting)
- EuroDNS (email provider)
- Google Tag Manager (tag management)
- Google Analytics (analytics, only if you consent)
- A CMP plugin (to store your cookie preferences and consent logs)
If we activate advertising platforms later, we will use the relevant pixels only with your consent.
International data transfers
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and provider security measures.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and least-privilege access.
